以多种含蜡馏分为基础原料，添加适量DT复合添加剂研制的DT型粉状炸药专用蜡具有优异的分散性和抗水性，可满足各种低梯粉状炸药要求，简化炸药配方，方便操作及其质量控制，以其生产的炸药爆速高，贮存期长，各项性能满足GB12437－2000标准要求。     

Synthesis of oleyl oleate as a jojoba oil analog

Synthesis of a wax ester analog of jojoba oil was accomplished from oleic acid and oleyl alcohol with a zeolite as catalyst. A full 2³ factorial design at two levels has been used in the synthesis. The variables selected were temperature, reduced pressure and initial catalyst concentration. The most important variable within the range studied was temperature. Reduced pressure had a negative influence, and initial catalyst concentration showed a positive influence on the process. A response equation has been determined for the yield of ester. The properties of the synthesized product are similar to those of natural jojoba oil.     

一种新型声波降粘防蜡装置

新型声波降粘防措装置由上、下接头、振动簧片和收缩喷嘴构成。装置安装在抽油泵泵简之下，尾管之上，在压差作用下井下流体以较大速度从装置的喷嘴射出，冲击振动簧片，产生机械振动声波，油水混合液在声波中产生相应的声波力学效应和分散乳化作用等，使混合液在油管内的粘度降低，蜡晶不易聚集长大，从而达到降粘防蜡延长油井热洗周期的目的。室内试验及现场近20口井的应用情况表明，这种装置具有结构简单、成本低廉、应用方便等特点，具有明显的降粘防蜡效果。     

Gloss Properties and Surface Morphology Relationships of Fruits

Eggplants exhibited a higher average gloss reading (15.3 Gloss Units (GU)) than mature green tomatoes (12.0 GU) and apples (8.2 GU) using a flat surface glossmeter. The same trend was observed using a novel curved surface glossmeter. Scanning electron micrographs revealed that epicuticular wax covering eggplants had a smoother structure than that of tomatoes and apples, providing a more effective light scattering surface. Wax removal resulted in decreases in gloss, with average readings of 9.5, 7.4 and 6.3 GU for eggplants, tomatoes and apples, respectively. These results indicate the extent to which wax may influence shininess, although roughness measurements of flattened peel after wax removal suggest that surface topography also influences gloss.

对烯烃/烷烃气体分离技术的现状进行了总结，阐述了膜法烯烃/烷烃气体分离的研究进展、分离原理及存在的问题等．同时展望了膜技术应用于烯烃/烷烃气体分离的前景及研究方向．     

高含蜡石蜡乳状液的研制及影响因素探讨

以石蜡为主要原料,采用剂在油中法制备了石蜡乳状液.考察了乳化剂类型和用量、乳化水用量、乳化温度、乳化时间、搅拌速度对石蜡乳化效果的影响.结果表明,复配乳化剂优于单一乳化剂,且复配-Ⅱ型乳化剂效果最好.并确定了最佳乳化工艺条件:复配-Ⅱ型乳化剂用量10%,乳化水用量65%～70%,乳化温度90℃,乳化时间30min,搅拌速度1000r/min.在此条件下,石蜡乳状液蜡含量为30%～35%,具有较好的稳定性和分散性.     

降凝剂对高蜡稠油的改性效果及机理研究

实验研究了工业品原油降凝剂WHP改善含蜡56.9%、其中96.6%为正构烷烃的胜利郑王庄稠油流动性的效果。WHP含乙烯/醋酸乙烯/乙烯醇嵌段聚醚三元共聚物30%-35%。在60℃将WHP加入稠油中,测定其凝点和32℃、0-42.6 s^-1范围5个剪切速率下的黏度,均随WHP加量的增加（50-300 mg/L）而降低,200 mg/L为最佳加量,在该加量下0.32 s^-1黏度由34.16 Pa·s降至79.2 mPa·s,凝点（℃）、屈服值（Pa）、稠度系数（Pa·s^n）分别由49.0、32.42、31.57降至39.5、0.1297、0.02142,流型指数由0.1176升至0.9790。由黏温曲线求出,加入200mg/L WHP使该稠油析蜡点由65℃降至58℃,反常点由70℃降至50℃。根据空白和加剂原油扫描电镜照片显示的蜡晶形态,利用共晶机理分析讨论了WHP这种高分子表面活性剂的降凝、降黏、改善流动性的作用。图3表3参5。     

The use of natural essential oils as antimicrobial solutions in paper packaging. Part II

We have assessed the antimicrobial, vapor-phase activity of the following natural essential oils (EOs) when used in paraffin-based “active coatings” for paper packaging materials intended to come into contact with foods: clove (Sygzium aromaticum), cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum), and oregano (Origanum vulgare) EOs, and cinnamaldehyde-enriched cinnamon EO. To our knowledge, this is the first time that such an approach has been presented for consideration by the scientific community.     

C5/C6异构化催化剂的首次工业应用

采用中石化金陵分公司研究院研制的CI-50(Pd/丝光沸石)作C5/C6烷烃异构化催化剂.详细介绍了该催化剂的工业放大试验装置的工艺流程、首次开工过程中技术问题及处理方法.     

皮革去污上光用乳化蜡的研制

采用石蜡、微晶蜡为主要原料 ,经实验选出了以水为稀释剂的乳化型皮革去污上光蜡。实验优化的配方为石蜡 12 .5 g ,微晶蜡 8.0 g ,硬脂酸 8.5g ,三乙醇胺 5 .5 g ,水量 70 (涂用 )或 130 g(喷用 )。反应条件为乳化时间 4 0min ,搅拌速度 5 0 0～ 70 0r/min ,乳化温度 90℃。制得上光剂产品的去污性能可与用去污剂单独处理的效果相当 ,亮度可达 6 6 .7。
